An amateur translator armed with (mainly) self taught Japanese! I became interested in Japanese years back after a trip to Japan. When the opportunity arose in University, I took up some basic Japanese language classes. A little while later, I was introduced to Arashi and as my interest in the boys grew, so did my thirst for the language. What started out as innocent watching of Arashi shows turned into much more as I slowly picked up more and more of the language.
Thanks to my Chinese background, recognising (together with reading, learning and writing) Kanji is a breeze. I hope that someday I’ll be able to read the Japanese novels, newspapers, etc with ease.
